Guide
Overview
The palace's front gates can only be opened with the palace key, which is obtained from Gâteau in Green Tea Village. Upon opening the gate, a pipples will run in to pursue four nearby chests, and the items will be permanently unobtainable if the player does not open them first; the order is bottom right, bottom left, top left, top right. The player can also talk to potfolk around the area to learn more about attributes in combat, and follow where they are looking to reach the palace's basement.
In the palace, Pêche Farmer will join the party. The player may also talk to Tortilla in the entrance hall, who restores the party's HP and MP for free. Once in the basement level, Blueberry Lakeside joins the party and a boss battle ensues against Dab Hasnel.
After the battle, the player can exit the palace through the front entrance to find Lemon Airsupply. She joins the team and the party is split in two; Pistachio, Kirsch, and Arancia return to the magic bus, while Pêche, Blueberry, and Lemon stay with the protagonist. At the rear gate in the northwest, the party will encounter Pucine the 3rd. He will ask to spin them, and after saying "Yes" (はい), he will challenge them to a fight. Upon winning, the dwarves Nyokumamu and Nampla give the party access to the road behind Remittsu Palace.
Spirit Doors
Throughout Remittsu Palace are doors marked with symbols of spirits, also known as Spirit Doors (精霊の扉 Seirei no Tobira). The player cannot open these doors unless they own at least one spirit of their respective attributes (e.g., a door with the fire spirit on it will open if at least one fire spirit has been recruited). Inside these rooms, the player must guide frantic dodos to love hunters. Dodos run in the opposite direction they are talked to, and once they get close enough to a love hunter, they turn back into spirits. Rescued spirits will join the player at no cost, creating a chain reaction that unlocks more Spirit Doors around the palace.
History

Remittsu Palace was constructed during the Light Plane's antique age, placed in the heart of the land of light. Its radiance earned it the title Palace of Light (光の宮殿 Hikari no Kyūden), but when the antique age came to an end two hundred years ago, the palace was abandoned. Monsters turned the manor into their den, including a group of enigmas whose dark powers were weakened by the Light Plane's natural energy. Because of the enigmas' presence, the spirits that still lived in Remittsu Palace got cursed and transformed into dodos. A team of love hunters from Green Tea Village were sent to find the cursed dodos, using their powers to change them back into spirits.
Nomenclature
Its name comes from つみれ tsumire, deep fried ball of fish paste.
