Loopydoop is a spirit in the EGGLIA series.
Profile
Origin
Loopydoop's Japanese name, Papidu (パピドゥ, Papidu), comes from the game's monster model designer Yūta "Aidu" Ido. The candle on his head represents Ido's creativity as Brownies' idea man, as well as his high-spirits personality.[1]
According to Yōichi Hirakawa, he felt that Loopydoop and Caerus synergized well in the Spirit Record story CHRONO CAERUS, even though they are not a Link Rune pair in-game. Hirakawa also admired different spirit pairings and their possible relationships in fan-made illustrations, which was his exact goal when writing stories for the Spirit Record.[2]
