Gobbler, known in Japan as bakubaku, is an enemy fought at Capsicum Caverns in Amigo Dungeon in Magical Starsign.

Profile

Gobblers are identical in appearance to jellybeasts, but are brown instead of red.

Gameplay

Despite having earth affinity, gobblers do not possess any spells. They have two skills, bite and yell, which they will use to strike the player character each turn.

• Its Japanese name, bakubaku, comes from 爆発 bakuhatsu, meaning 'bomb', and パクパク pakupaku, the sound of munching.
