Biography

Kimi to Amigo

While running errands with his sister Haruna, Daisuke began playing Magical Starsign on his Nintendo DS. He tagged a passerby player over Tag Mode, then introduced Haruna to the game's wireless multiplayer features. After learning that her crush Takimoto was also playing Magical Starsign, Haruna borrowed Daisuke's copy and created her own save file. She used the game to befriend Takimoto, and once they arranged a date, she begged Daisuke to keep letting her borrow his DS.

Nomenclature

His first name Daisuke comes from 大 dai (great) and 介 suke (mediate/shellfish). His surname Tōyama comes from 東 tō (east) and 山 yama (mountain).
